It is now no longer possible to book accommodation through the conference organisers for most hotels apart from the Hilton Strasbourg (see below). In order to book further accommodation, please contact the hotels directly from the list below.
Please note full payment is required upon departure. We will take your credit card details to guarantee the booking.
When booking your accommodation online please be aware of the hotels “no-show” cancellation policy.
IMPORTANT: All cancellations must be made through In Conference.
