The programme is very tight, and it is imperative that the sessions run to time.

In the main auditorium there will be a “traffic light” system in operation which will alert you and the speaker when there is 1 minute remaining and when the allocated time has been reached.
In the other meeting rooms, the chairman will hold up a 5 minute/2 minute and STOP card.

There will be hostess in all the meeting rooms with roving microphones to assist with the Q&A sessions.

Audio Visual Support During Presentation
There will be technicians in the room should any problems occur with the audio visual equipment.

Filming of all Presentations
We are planning to film the entire conference to produce news bulletins during the conference and for post-conference publicity on the web site. Please contact the organizers in advance of the conference if this causes concern.
