The Fee Includes :
The registration fee for pre-registered delegates includes:
• Attendance at the scientific sessions and entry to the exhibition hall
• Delegate bag and conference material
• Attendance at the Welcome Reception
• Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and buffet/bag lunch as published in the programme.

Entry to the conference will not be permitted unless full payment has been received.

Cancellation Penalties
Notification of cancellations should be sent in writing to the Conference Organisers (In Conference Ltd). Substitutions can be made at any time.
- Before 14th August 2009 registration will be refunded less €50 administration fee.
- After 14th August 2009 registration will not be refunded.
- No shows will not be refunded.

Method of Payment
Payment should be made by credit card (Visa and MasterCard only) at the time of registering.

Official Invitation/Visas
An official letter of invitation is available on request from the Congress Organisers for delegates who have registered and paid in full.

Bursaries
A limited number of travel bursaries will be available from presenting authors from developing economies. If you wish to apply for a bursary please note that you can do so when you submit an abstract. Notification will be sent once the papers have been reviewed and selected.
