Cancellation Terms
Any amendments or cancellations must be sent by email to europd@in-conference.org.uk

Please ensure that you receive an acknowledgement.

  • Up to Sunday 28 February 2027: €50 admin fee + 21% VAT
  • After Sunday 28 February 2027 to – Sunday 28 March 2027: Admin fee + 21% VAT and 50% refund of fee paid
  • Thereafter no refunds will be offered.


Substitutions can be made at no additional cost.

No shows will NOT be refunded.
